We are the future of hospitality

Renting Airbnb’s are a gamble.

Will the building be clean, quiet and safe? How often will my host answer me? What happens if the Wi-Fi is spotty?

We solve for these flaws by offering 24/7 digital concierge, professional cleaning, quiet and private locations, high-speed internet, and kitchen and bathroom essentials.

We support sustainable, environmentally friendly travel with extensive recycling options, reusable shopping bags and refillable soaps/shampoos to reduce the impact of your stay.

Best of all, we do it affordably.

The neighbourly
north brand

As lovers of travel, we have had the privilege to explore many countries and experience diverse cultures around the world.

It is our job to not only provide you with an excellent place to stay, but to also share the story and culture of the Yukon with you.

Why? Simply because we want to evoke a feeling of inspiration during your stay, similar to that which we’ve experienced in different parts of the planet.

In our properties, you will find a collection of artwork by Ted Harrison, Jim Robb and Richard Shorty. You will find poems by Robert Service and stories by Jack London.
